My expertise and skills cross multiple areas including dance, fitness, teaching, research, administration, and web applications. I earned a BFA degree in Dance from Florida State University and an MSc degree in Dance Science from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance. As a dancer I have performed classical and contemporary ballet repertoire with The Tallahassee Ballet, World Ballet Inc., Alonzo King’s LINES Ballet School, and Complexions Contemporary Ballet summer intensive.
