I have worked across 11 years and three programs as a Field Service Engineer and Field Service Technician in six different countries, including a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. My current duties include providing remote assistance with technical and logistical matters for QuantaDyn TSC at the Trainer Support Service Center at Randolph AFB in supporting the Air National Guard Advanced JTAC Training System Program and the Multi-Mission Crew Trainer Program.
