Lead/Take part in internal think tank for social network / web 2.0 strategies Coordinate community actions at big Video Game events (E3, GamesCom, Igromir ....) Define the need and brief for tools to help secure our media channels access & monitor them. Redefine the global processes and human resources needed improve how Ubisoft handles community management & social media monitoring
