After starting out as a technical writer in the games industry, I shifted to the Customer Relationship Management industry when I joined Sword Ciboodle in 2010. I have always worked in an Agile (scrum) environment.
Throughout, I have supplemented the primary functions of a technical writer (documenting APIs, creating user guides, etc) with a strong focus towards content strategy and information architecture.
I am currently interested in Information Architect and/or Content Strategist opportunities, especially in the financial or health sectors.
