Why Did I Create Get to Great?
In the 40 plus years of my working life, I've always seen things logically. For example, I started life as a Computer Operator (in 1970, admittedly), but never saw the logic of them (why does a computer need someone to tell it what to do next?), so I started designing and developing automated operations software. My original ideas are still in use today.
Developing software necessitated selling it, so I evolved into a salesman of sorts in the late 1970’s. That all seemed over complicated, especially the bit where you had to respond to tenders, and produce proposals. Surely this was not rocket science?
