As a profesional Scrum Coach, he helps individuals, teams and organization to be productive, innovative by Agile and Lean transformation. His short term is to be the first Certified Enterprise Coach in Vietnam.
His career has led him to be an expert in agile software development, education, training and software craftsmanship. He practices Agile in multiple areas like education, organization management and software development. He is a pioneer to promote Agile and software craftsmanship in Vietnam by co-founding TapChiLapTrinh.vn and CocoDojo - software craftmanship club and board member of Agile Vietnam.
