I worked a long period in research and innovation. Now I enjoy supporting development teams at times of transitions, especially promoting Agile practices inspired by Scrum, XP or Kanban. Also, I have always been interested in sharing knowledge and experience, through training, setting-up of knowledge sharing tools, and support to teams.
