Teaching Philosophy Teaching is a profession that only a certain person with a certain personality can achieve successfully. I believe it begins with the way that you present yourself as a person as being a role model and leading by example is key. I see the importance of creating a curriculum that is diverse yet specific to the children and context and the delivery of it should promote an effective and positive learning experience. Students should be given the opportunity to learn by their own personal learning styles as we scaffold them to become lifelong learners.
