Throughout my career I've created solutions in order to solve major problems within large organisations, and helped them achieve (and maintain,) breakthrough levels of performance and maximise their potential. One of my greatest strengths has been to identify and develop the talent in the people around me. Nurturing this talent and empowering teams has helped them achieve their goals and this has been incredibly satisfying.
