Organizational Capacity Building Specialist

I love talking about community development, capacity building and organizational assessment. Through my work in capacity building, I bring a depth of nonprofit sector experience spanning two decades working with nonprofits. Working with the voluntary sector has given me extensive experience in strategic planning, board development, succession planning, executive coaching, and asset-based community development. I deliver numerous presentations to a variety of audiences, favoring a facilitating style which encourages interactive participation.
