Conaway B. Haskins III has spent over 15 years advising and assisting institutions and individuals on navigating the economics and politics of community growth and development at the local, state, and national levels. Conaway serves as inaugural Executive Director of the Virginia Community Economic Network (VCEN), a nonprofit that promotes the expansion of economic opportunity and prosperity through creative & inclusive entrepreneurship.
