My job experiences mostly involve product, process, and packaging development of confectionery products like, but not limited to, Hard, Chewy/Toffees, Gum, Gummy/Jellies, Marsmallow, Enrobed Chocolate and Dragees. With knowledge in operation, formulation and product troubleshooting of Noodle, Spices compounding and Snack products like Cornchips, Potato chips, Fabricated Potato and Pellet chips. I have also wide exposure to Quality Assurance and Quality Management System.
