For twenty-five years, I've worked in university-level TESOL with adults looking forward to a first occupation or a second (or third) career. During that time, I also taught ESOL, managed a large university-based English language program, consulted on curriculum projects and coached individuals towards academic and career success. Current musings focus on TESOL and include: -creating inclusive, energizing (or relaxing) learning environments for learners | trainers -sharing unique learning⬌teaching resources | artifacts -exploring the workings of curriculum | activities within a learner-centred context -enquiry-based learning and always work opportunties for TESOL graduates
