Food stylist and writer based in Mumbai, India. A professional Chef and Graduate of Hotel Management and Chef Studies from the Cordon Bleu Culinary School London, and has trained under Michelin Star Chefs.
As a Chef he has worked in a variety of establishments. Food Consultant and Corporate Chef for Food Intellect. Has a cookery book, entitled "Enduring Flavours" and has written cookbooks for Clients.
Done photo shoots for different media, editing and cookery books. Writes for several periodicals.
Michael also enjoys doing freelance photography for several magazines and periodicals. Traveling extensively he deftly combines food with photography.
