A professional Chef and Graduate of Hotel Management and Chef Studies from the Cordon Bleu Culinary School London, and has trained under Michelin Star Chefs. As a Chef he has worked in a variety of establishments. Food Consultant and Corporate Chef for Food Intellect. Has a cookery book, entitled "Enduring Flavours" and has written cookbooks for Clients.
