Craig has been working within the Internet sector since 1999. He is a strategic eCommerce executive with expertise and planning experience in omni-channel retail.
After receiving an MBA in eCommerce from Temple University, Craig worked with CIGNA Corporation (NYSE: CI) as a consultant that helped transform internal enrollment processes to a digital model (MyCigna.com).
After CIGNA, Craig worked for for GSI Commerce as a strategist, constructing eCommerce planning documentation for brands such as Toys R Us, Polo, Dick's, and Radio Shack.
