I am the founder of Creating Your Beyond, LLC. I help people create a life they love liviing by teaching them how to choose effective behaviors that work.
I am excited by working with survivors of violence who are ready to create a life beyond loss and trauma.
As a National Certified Counselor and Board Certified Coach, my speciality is: men and women and their loved ones whose lives have been touched by violence. Violent acts such as assault, rape, incest, domestic violence, childhood abuse & neglect, and those left behind by suicide.
I love coaching people to ACT on their dreams.
