Based out of the Washington DC Metro area, Bill has led a multitude of organizational transformation and change management initiatives that span Lean Agile and SAFe implementations, enterprise re-organizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Leveraging Lean Agile principles, Bill’s successful approach has aided enterprises in both the public and private sectors to achieve their business and digital transformation goals.
