I am a professional with an Associates in International Trade and a Bachelor in International Business. I have 15 years of working experience. I worked as Air Export Manger for Kuehne & Nagel where I was responsible of negotiating prices, coordinating and supervising the end to end process of cargo shipments, support the Sales Department and maintain strong relations with company’s key accounts. Most recently I worked for Nortel Networks as a Network Support Program (NSP) Contract Manager. There, I developed, implemented, presented and trained staff in operational procedures that facilitate solutions, increased staff performance, and decreased NSP entitlement process time by 35%.
