7th & 8th Grade Science Teacher

I teach middle school science to 7th & 8th graders and <3 it!!! I LOVE ANIMALS!!! Learning about them, being around them, teaching others about them! I can name 5 species of penguin at any given time... pretty genius! I have a crazy GIANT orange cat named Kanobe and as a result of a previous experience being a Science Educator/Animal Care Manager I now have a leopard gecko named Geetoe,, a corn snake named Sparrow, and a Mini Dachshund named Relish! I attended Methodist College (University) and obtained a BS in Biology with a concentration in Zoology(2002) and have just finished/earned my Masters of Arts in Teaching: Middle Grades Science from East Carolina University. I like school!
