Fountain Hills borders Scottsdale and is wrapped by Mountains along with Sonoran Desert. I was born and raised in Shakopee, Minnesota a suburb of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota and moved to Arizona in April of 1997. Will not move back to Minnesota, but will visit. :)
