Cupang Elementary School Annex was initially established in 1993. It was built through the joint efforts of the people of Sitio Sto. Niño and the late Mr. Rodolfo Ruiz who served as the first Officer-in-Charge. After consultation with Superintendent Dr. Aquilina Rivas, the proposal was immediately brought to the office of City Mayor.
Cupang Elementary School Annex is situated in a 500-sq.meter lot right at the heart of Sitio Sto. Niño in West Cupang. Its strategic location made it more accessible to the children of the community.
