Cesar has more than 25 years' experience of the telecoms industry, and currently focuses on M2M services. He has previously conducted research and delivered presentations on a wide range of topics, including multi-play services, traditional pay-TV, OTT (over-the-top) video services, bundling and convergence strategies, as well as emerging areas such as the smart home. He has also been involved in various media-focused consulting projects.
