Education for 200 Girls in an Urban Slum in Uganda
The project provides Education for 200 Girls from poverty stricken families in slum area of Kyengera Uganda provides free books, school uniform and life skills and productive skills training.
In Uganda, out of 12 million children in the age group of 6-14, 4 million do not attend school. 0f the rest, who are currently in school, four out of every 10 children beginning to attend school will be dropped out before completing their primary school education.
