My job consists in giving administrative assistance on operational routines and administrative tasks in order to let the executives free to develop their responsibilities. My main duties involve scheduling meetings, appointments and visits; dealing with travel arrangements, travel agencies, hotels, transfers, as well as callings, correspondences, e-mails, files and follow-ups. Besides, it is also part of my duties the elaboration of presentations in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Besides, I am also an English Teacher.
