Damiano Orru is a librarian and expert in information literacy based in Rome, Italy. Since 1999, he has worked at the Vilfredo Pareto Library of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata," specializing in economic, financial, and statistical resources. He is a member of the Osservatorio sulla Information Literacy of the Italian Library Association (AIB) and an independent contributor to the European network SOMA (Social Observatory for Disinformation and Social Media Analysis).
