4+ years at HTCResearch as a sourcer before. I don't do the recruiting end - as I just contact folks (usually via email) and make sure they are qualified and open then pass it up and along to the recruiter/hiring mgr for the job project/folder.
Before that I use to work at Best Buy - Merchandising Supervisor (1 1/2 yrs), and before that Hollywood Video Store Mgr (6yrs started as clerk) - got to take home movies and games every night! :)
About me personally:
