After almost 20 years as a software programmer, the Scrum framework came to me as a revelation and I started my dedication in helping development team members understand and assimilate it. Only 2 years as Scrum Master have made me understand that, what it is really necessary is to accompany organizations and team members to understand the new reality that we live in these moments: uncertainty, constant changes, quickly assimilation and adaptation.
