In 2011 Dr. Zweidler founded Daniel Zweidler & Associates, Inc., a niche management consulting firm delivering strategy and portfolio management advice and services to the upstream oil and gas sector. The same year Dr. Zweidler was appointed senior fellow at the Mack Institute for Innovation Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where his current research is focused on the significance of rare events and serendipity on sustainable growth strategies.
