In Feb, 2012 I took an 3 month and half at Aplus Consulting Co., Ltd. as a Executive Search and Selection Staff. My roles are searching for the potential candidate, Coordinate Interview, making an assessment, etc. At that time I have learned a lot about Human Resource Management which is necessary for all the Companies. In Oct, 2012, I am working with IIG Education (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. as Communications Executive. I am dealing with making marketing strategies, implement marketing place. and so on.
