As a HR & Education professional my role as Jameson Graduate Programme Manager enables me to engage my passion for the attraction, recruitment, development & retention of graduate talent to an organisation. My role includes recruitment and selection of business, marketing and language graduates for the Jameson International Brand Ambassador Programme, design of the programmes award winning training and development offering including elearning solutions and design of support tools for Ambassadors. My role also includes the development, implementation and evaluation of the graduate management framework for a global network of 75 Brand Ambassadors based in 42 international markets.
