My roll in online development process has been; research, requirements, user profile, UI/UX design, visual design, user testing, interactive features, and in-bound marketing. At Merck I led cross-functional teams in Agile development practices to launch portal merck.com, 12 country subsidiaries, 6 unbranded health micro-sites, interactive features and digital ad campaigns. For Novartis on agency (eyeCsystems) side, I was creative lead to launch portal us.novartis.com. Including a branded online community, interactive features and digital ad campaigns and in-bound marketing.
