•Assist in interviewing Korean ESL enrollees.
•Supervise night shift ESL teachers.
•Coach/Instruct trainees.
•Report to head teacher and manager.
•Monitoring of staff performance and work progress.
•Assist in the implementation of rules and regulations.
•Establish and maintain internal communication on company matters regarding policies, procedures, and other important notices.
•Management of Teacher’s Schedules and monitor staff operation by shift.
•Assist in the orientation and training of new teachers.
