Have been a Software/Web development professional since 1997. I have over 21 years of experience in Software Development, the last 13 of which have been in leadership roles. I most recently ran multiple teams at finder.com.au. Prior to that I was managing multiple teams at Bigcommerce and Atlassian, both Operational and Development, focusing specifically on SaaS offerings, as well as working on improving the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new developers.
