Pat and I passionately run Living ADDventure® - an organization that provides training and information to those who either live with or alongside ADHD.
I have ADHD, and my life's purpose is to assist others who have the condition.
I am married to Pat, my life and business partner. I have two wonderful children, Rhys and Sarah, and four gorgeous grandchildren, Michaela, Cassandra, and Anastasia from Rhys and Michelle, and Shyloh from Sarah.
