David Elsner is the Head of Operations Vendor Performance Management of Lazada Group in Vietnam. He assumed the role in December 2014.
The scope of David's work includes the management of the vendor training team which is supporting new vendors to get to the platform, the management of the vendor excellence team for existing vendors with critical operations performance, the order fulfillment- as well as the returns- and assortment quality management.
