Hartland Hills is a 120-apartment complex for senior independent living. I am one of four property managers who live on the premises. The community includes a 33-table dining room. Primarily responsible for operations, I oversee a staff of 29 employees comprised of housekeepers, servers, and an enrichment coordinator. As a community manager, I work closely with marketing / sales and the executive chef in promoting marketing events for the community and giving tours.
