Freelance director/writer/producer of independent feature films.
Currently developing a feature project about Herman Melville and his life after publishing Moby Dick.
Melville struggled to understand who he was throughout most of his life. His first big publication, "Moby Dick," set him off on a personal journey of self-discovery which ranged far beyond the seas and ships he sailed. Actor John Mills Powell has chosen to present Melville's life in the form of a play, and in the process goes through an identity crisis.
