I am a systems agronomist and seasoned plant pathologist with over nine years of combined experience in farming system research, participatory learning methods, integrated pest and disease management, sustainable livelihoods development and community-based seed systems. My passion to build resilient smallholder communities and motivation by challenge and change enables me to effectively implement complex projects and inspire stakeholder commitment towards increasing crop production for incomes, nutrition and health in perpetuity without ecological harm.
