Grew up in Eden Prairie Minnesota, moved to Grand Forks to become an airline pilot, switched majors to Broadcasting, spent 5 years anchoring and reporting the news for CBS4, then landed a job as Manager, Marketing, Communications and Outreach at the Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC).
