Husband; father of three; I'm deaf but not down. I wear hearing instruments which help me hear what needs to be heard.
I am challenged to understand and will be found studious. I seek to develop and improve. I limit television and movies from little to none. After chores I spend more time reading in my spare time than other activities. "A man who doesn't read is no better off than the man who can't read." Education and training is of utmost importance to me. The world can do better with than without. The attitude is not "you help me" but "you help you". Only in our selfless service and hard work will we find joy. Not from somebody else.
