YUAN Derun received his PhD from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) with research focus on aquaculture system intensification through ecological approaches. He has been a longtime associate and researcher of Aquaculture CRSP and AquaFish CRSP with which his research activities concentrated on exploring and developing environmentally benign aquaculture systems with improved ecological efficiency and economic profitability.
