As a researcher, I would like to engage myself full-time on studies involving model organisms to understand the molecular mechanisms in a better way in plants utilizing functional genomics and physiological approaches. I expect opportunities to conduct research involving more societal relevance which can be presented to the scientific audience as well as common public. I expect freedom to work on my hypotheses and independence in the implementation of experiments.
