Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. (DHP) is an Albanian Joint Venture company between the Austrian company EVN AG and the Norwegian company Statkraft AS. Both EVN and Statkraft are equal owners holding 50% of the shares. DHP growth strategy is based on that of our visionary shareholders, attaining strong and long-term growth in selected Central and Eastern European markets. DHP operates with its headquarters in Tirana, a local office and a Public Information Centre in Gramsh. The Albanian government, through an open international tender, awarded to DHP a BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) concession.
