I have over 20 years of engineering, project management and leadership experience in the energy sector across a broad spectrum of roles and with exposure to a diverse portfolio of electricity generation technologies, including coal, natural gas, hydro, renewables and nuclear.
I am a HRDF-certified trainer, a certified facilitator in the LEGO® Serious Play® method, an explorer of game-based learning as well as an advocate for energy literacy, sustainable energy and STEM education.
As the founder and principal trainer at Mindscape Training & Consultancy, I seek to engineer innovative learning and development solutions for both adults and the youth.
