Windows 2008 server, Daily back up using Symantec backup software and Dell device with HP LTO tape. Managing and maintaining all IT equipments including laptops, printers, scanner etc and the CRM & ERP software which linked to various branch locations (around 15 branches). VPN connection establishment across the client locations and provide support on time via remote desktop softwares.
