Diversity Abroad was founded in 2006 with a simple idea, make study abroad accessible and relevant to diverse and underrepresented students. Over the course of the last 10 years Diversity Abroad has transformed from a concept to the becoming the leader in connecting talented diverse and underrepresented students and alumni to meaningful international opportunities that will prepare them for leadership in the 21st Century world. Additionally, the Diversity Abroad Network is the leading professional consortium of education institutions, government agencies, for-profit and non-profit organizations committed to advancing diversity and inclusive good practices in global education.
