I am a professor of psychology, Gadjah Mada University, teaching leadership and organization at MM UGM. I am a Ph.D graduate from Indiana University, USA. I wrote eight books. I teach for six consecutive years in European universities, univ of Innsbruck, Asutria; univ of Boras, Sweden; univ of Jonkoping, Sweden. I also have a massive experiences in business consulting , among those are PT. Pertamina, PT. Angkasa Pura II; Makin Group, PLN, Bank NISP, Caltex Pacific Indonesia (now Chevron), PT. PTPN-3; In addition I have been involved in many training program in areas of Leadership, Organization, and Human Resource Development.
