I am driven by the goal that all people deserve whatever supports they need and desire to build their dreams. As an educational leader, I take that focus to enhancing the students experience while developing tools and processes that make the educators' life easier as well. My early career focused on at-risk students who were homeless, and the multi-state action research projects that developed propelled my first two textbooks for Sage: 1) Participatory action research: Data driven decision making for educational leadership. 2) Action research for business, non-profits and public administration : A tool for complex times.
