About
Started as an allround developer and analist in 1988 for almost 10 years I focused on IT-development using the Oracle product stack. I fullfilled most roles in medium to large projects (consultancy, project management, analysis and programming)
In 1998 I followed my original roots in business management & administration and developed a vision and methods for implementing adaptive enterprise architectures and improved alignment for business processes and supporting IT.
On this moment I practice these vision and methods in consultancy. In 2000 I moved along to business & competence development as chairman of our business & competence development center and started with collegues ilionX
