I am passionate about helping people find employment, especially people with barriers to employment. I understand and see the tremendous benefits and impact that gainful employment has for people with disabilities, youth, seniors, veterans and others. Having been a job developer, coordinator, and director of numerous work rehab/social entrepreneurial programs for over 25 years, I have gained insights into the work and challenges that job developers and program managers face every day.
